It has been my privilege to serve the York and Hanover communities as an Internal Medicine physician and Interventional Cardiologist for over 25 years to date. In that timeframe, I have held national board certifications in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Diseases, Interventional Cardiology, and Nuclear Cardiology as well as in Registered Vascular Interpretation. In 2008, I was blessed to enter the Cardiovascular Diseases and Interventional Cardiology Fellowship programs at Deborah Heart and Lung Center in New Jersey. I had the opportunity to be trained in pioneering and complex cardiac and vascular procedures by some of the most experienced and highly regarded Interventional Cardiologists in the world. It was my intention to bring that world-class experience back to our communities for the benefit of our residents locally. Over the last 12 years, I have provided care as a staff Cardiologist and Medical Director, leading over 20 providers, at local hospitals. In doing so, I was able to bring to our communities a cutting-edge and comprehensive endovascular program for the treatment of peripheral arterial and venous disease as well as Pulmonary Embolisms. Over the last decade, I have also led in the program development and realization for Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI) and Endovascular Aneurysm Repair (EVAR) within that same local hospital system.
I was born and raised in Baltimore, relocating to York about 30 years ago. It is in York that the genesis of my family originated. Professional accolades as they are, unequivocally my greatest honor and accomplishment in life has been to be the husband of my spectacular wife, Tiffany. Tiffany, other than being a tremendous wife and mom, is an exceptional physician providing care for patients in her private practice, Natural Health and Homeopathy. We have now been married just shy of 20 years and are the proud parents of 3 teenage boys. That being said, the conversation necessarily veers into my greatest challenge in life. Namely, satisfying the insatiable appetite of 3 teenage boys. Our oldest son, Carson, will soon be completing his studies at the Christian School of York with a plan to continue his scholarly pursuits at Liberty University. Our twins, Tate and Grant, are generally preoccupied with Ice Hockey or mapping out trips to exotic venues such as Bora Bora……which isn't happening!! As a York County resident and cardiologist, it is with tremendous gratitude that I've rendered care to thousands of patients in the office setting while participating in 8,000+ cases in the cardiac cath lab. Our team has been instrumental in saving hundreds, if not thousands, of lives and limbs over the last few years. It is my greatest ambition to achieve even greater accomplishments moving forward. It is in that spirit that I chose to re-establish myself in the private sector, in the newly formed Cardiovascular Specialists of York and Hanover. It is my goal to continue our exceptional care in an even more efficient and patient-focused fashion moving forward. God willing, that is exactly what we will achieve! As a Christian, husband, dad, and veteran, I've always held dear the hierarchical notion of God, family, and country. That being said, it is as if the patients are my family!
